Location

Our villa is a spacious, one storey villa located in a peaceful, private gated community in Davenport.
The entire community is built around a nature reserve and it is this view you will have from our private pool.

Our villa is not overlooked by any other properties making its position a truly tranquil one.

The villa has easy access to:

* Publix supermarket 5 minutes away

* Restaurants

Our Home

Our villa has two master bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms.
There is a third bedroom with twin beds and this has a bathroom nearby.
This makes a comfortable sleeping arrangement for 6 guests as each bedroom boasts its own bathroom.

The property has air conditioning and there are ceiling fans throughout. Our tranquil south facing pool also boasts a lanai, perfect for outside dining.

The open plan Kitchen/Diner and Living room gives plenty of space and is all fully equipped. Free WIFI is available as are free calls to North America/Canada.

The pool area

The south facing pool has an abundance of sunshine all day long and with no rear neighbours it provides guests with privacy to bathe and play.
The large pool deck and lanai are all screened so you will have no uninvited guests.
The area is also equipped with relaxer beds and pool furniture so you can make the most of the fantastic Florida climate.

This villa is self-service–meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.
